We are looking for true ‘high potentials’ working at a large company or the government. People between the ages of 25 and 35 who will undoubtedly develop into prominent leaders in the near future. They will perhaps soon be leading a part of the organisation. Or, they will more probably be involved in determining the course of the entire organisation.
Young people who are leaders in a quickly-changing world. Young people who have answers, an opinion, a vision. Young people who have to develop new qualities as leaders.
The Future Leaders Event challenges all ‘high potentials’ to identify those qualities now and to develop them!
